Evangelist Joyce Turner, the Founder of Radiant SonRise Ministry, has a call and the driving force of the Holy Spirit burning in her heart with a fire of desire to call believers to rekindle their fire for God, His Word and His work. Her passion to reach all people, whether they are at her back door or across the world with the love of God, is burning deep within her soul. She has been called to minister to a field of “Broken Pieces”, to tell them God loves them. and that He is in the repair business. Her call came in the Spring of 1996 as she was praying and seeking God’s guidance for her life. After many nights and days of praying and giving God all types of excuses why she couldn’t do what He had called her to do, she surrendered her life and calling to an unchanging God. It was then she knew in her heart that God was saying, “Answer My call to preach the gospel to the world.” She has conducted services, evangelized and taught in not only her local church, but also throughout the United States and Africa. Joyce is an active member of her local church, Morningstar United Methodist Church, located in Charlotte, NC where she is the Lay Leader and in her 10th year of Lay Speaker school certification. She is a non-denominational ordained minister and was awarded her Doctor Of Divinity from The Williams-Clemon-Davis Bible Institute. Joyce is a published writer who uses her gifts to draw others into a closer relationship with the Heavenly Father. Her desire is that people would leave the meetings filled with God’s fire, feeling refreshed by the Holy Spirit, alive in Jesus, and loved by God.

Karan "K.C." Costner, is the Minister of Worship for Radiant SonRise Ministry. God has led her to rekindle her love of worship and praise into a fire for Him. With that fire, she will lead you to the throne of God, into worship to our Heavenly Father. For years, Karan sang in a choir and on a praise team. Somewhat discouraged she laid down the wonderful talent God gave her and suppressed her love of song. However, God did not give up on her and called her back to His side in worship and praise. Her devotion and love to worship God is evident on her face as she sings praises to His name. She also gives a powerful testimony of encouragement to those who are hurting and who suffer with low self-esteem. Her testimony of how God has acceptance and joy for all is based on the journey she has traveled. Karan has been leading conferences for Radiant SonRise Ministry not only through out the Carolinas but also in Africa. Additionally, she is a published writer who uses her gift as an avenue for others to find a place of solace and comfort. Karan also serves Radiant SonRise Ministry in the capacity of Ministry Relations.
